Holding the strap that you threaded in your right hand (the left strap), form a loop.

Cross the strap in your left hand over the looped strap, then thread the strap in your left hand through the looped strap in your right hand to create a bow. Tie the bow as loose or as tight as you want the bow to appear. If you want the bow to cling tightly to your dress, you will need to tighten the bow.
